Labour law governs the relationship between employees and employers and the disputes arising from it. Labour courts are responsible for resolving disputes between workers and employers, as well as those involving the Social Security Institution (SSI). Our office represents both employees and employers, protecting the rights of each side with the same diligence.

Mandatory Mediation

For many employment disputes — severance, notice and bad-faith compensation, wage and overtime claims, annual leave pay and reinstatement — applying to a mediator before filing a court action is mandatory. We manage the mediation process strategically and, where settlement is not reached, pursue the matter before the labour courts.
